ANOMILY LTD (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to providing customers with stable, efficient, and trackable delivery services. These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through the official website of ANOMILY LTD and constitute an important agreement between the Company and the user regarding logistics and delivery.
After order confirmation, the system will first process and pack the order, which typically takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the order is processed, it will be handed over to our partner logistics company for delivery as soon as possible.
The Company primarily uses mainstream UK and international logistics services for transportation, including but not limited to reliable transport providers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, to ensure that packages are delivered safely and reliably to their destination.
Transportation times are as follows:
UK delivery: Typically 2–5 business days
European delivery: Typically 5–10 business days
International delivery: Typically 7–15 business days
The above times are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, peak holiday periods, customs clearance, or the operational status of the logistics company.
During transit, customers can track their package status in real time using the tracking number. We will provide relevant tracking information to customers after order shipment so they can monitor the delivery progress.
In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather, traffic disruptions, customs inspection delays, etc.), delivery time may be extended. We will actively cooperate with the logistics service provider to coordinate, but we cannot assume direct responsibility for delays caused by external factors.
If you encounter any abnormalities during transit (such as prolonged lack of updated logistics information, package irregularities, or risk of loss), please contact our customer service team promptly. We will assist you in contacting the relevant logistics company to inquire and resolve the issue, ensuring your rights are reasonably protected.
